Proceed Archiving Solution's free Health Check will swiftly analyse your SAP database to identify which modules are generating the most data. We will show you just how much storage capacity could be released by archiving, reorganising or deleting older and unused data. 

 

What is involved in a Health Check?

The Health Check is quick, straightforward and non-invasive. It can be performed remotely by Proceed Archiving Solutions, using non-confidential data supplied by you. To extract the data you simply run two standard SAP transactions and export the results into a spreadsheet.

1. Download the Health Check document from our Library Page, which shows you which transactions to run. There are two versions within the download instructions, choose the one relevant to the version of SAP you are currently running.


2. Follow the simple process in the Health Check document and send the two spreadsheets containing your data to: mailto:healthcheck@proceedarchiving.com


3. Proceed Archiving Solutions will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your email and to schedule a convenient time to conduct a Health Check review with you.


4. At the review you will receive your Health Check report and analysis
